Welcome to SUMMERFALL. Experience a premier Smoky Mountains fall foliage getaway at this modern Gatlinburg luxury cabin rental. Set on a private five-acre ridge in the Gatlinburg Arts & Crafts Community, this high-end chalet offers spectacular views of the changing autumn leaves. It also serves as the perfect Gatlinburg Winterfest cabin for the upcoming seasonal celebrations. Set 850 feet off the main road, the estate promises complete privacy and tranquility. We restrict occupancy to a strict maximum of 10 guests to ensure maximum comfort for medium to large families.

Location matters. You get ultra-quiet seclusion with fast access to local highlights. Downtown Gatlinburg is just minutes away. Driving to Dollywood takes only 20 minutes via back roads. Attending a tournament? Rocky Top Sports World is practically around the corner.

Parking is right at the front door with easy, one-step access. Step inside to a sleek, modern aesthetic featuring updated stainless steel appliances. The main floor features a large, fully equipped kitchen and a dining room seating 10. Gather in the living room around the wood-burning fireplace and 75-inch 4K HDTV. This level also includes a sunroom, a full bathroom, and a private bedroom with a King bed and a 50-inch 4K HDTV.

Head left from the entrance to find the entertainment zone. The game room features pool and arcade games, an electric fireplace, a 75-inch 4K HDTV, two twins, and two twin trundles. A private King bedroom, laundry room, and BBQ kitchen complete this wing. Upstairs, the top floor houses a master suite with a King bed, seating area, gas fireplace, and HDTV. A fourth King bedroom with a 4K HDTV and an adjoining full bath ensures everyone has their own space.

Step outside. Finding a large Gatlinburg cabin with hot tub amenities and total privacy is rare. Two cascading waterfalls run through the landscaped garden. The sunroom opens to a firepit area with seating for 10. Relax on the deck or soak in the extra-large 9-person hot tub. An expansive covered porch and outdoor dining table make family dinners unforgettable.

We cater strictly to families seeking a peaceful retreat. Parties are absolutely prohibited. Our legal documents enforce a strict no-party policy to protect the serene environment for our guests and neighbors. Enjoy premium amenities including Starlink guest WiFi, a Level 2 Electric Car Charger (24 amp J1772), and an outdoor BBQ kitchen. A 4x4 or AWD vehicle is required during winter weather, and Verizon is the only reliable cellular carrier at the estate.
